Our Identity
The Macedonian Canadian Engineering Association (MCEA) is a non-profit, non-political organization uniting engineers of Macedonian heritage who live and work in Canada. We are committed to fostering professional growth, cultural connection, and community support within the engineering field.
Our Vision
To build a strong, inclusive engineering network that connects experienced and newly graduated Macedonian-Canadian engineers, fosters mentorship and collaboration, and empowers Macedonian-founded corporations by facilitating their growth and access to the Canadian market.

MCEA supports Macedonian-Canadian engineers and entrepreneurs by providing mentorship, coaching, and practical guidance. We help individuals overcome barriers to employment, navigate professional integration, and support Macedonian-founded companies in establishing a presence and thriving within the Canadian engineering and technology landscape.
